Spring is in the air and here in Cape May, New Jersey, the spring thaw is under way. It’s been a cold, wet & snowy winter (except here in sunny Cape May, of course) but we seem to have turned the corner.

Here’s what’s going on in March…

Saturday 3/28, 10am-2pm,  Take your picture with the Easter Bunny at the Cape May Zoo. Fun for kids of all ages with educational displays, crafts and live animal encounters. The event will kick off with an Easter Egg Hunt in the park at 10 a.m.  The county will again be using environment friendly Eco Easter Eggs, made from corn, instead of plastic eggs. Smart!

There’s roller skating at Convention Hall every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Beach Plum Farm’s Spring Festival. A day of family fun activities: How about a hayride!  Take part in a scavenger hunt on the farm, plant a flower in your own painted flower pot, and roast delicious s’mores. Each day will present a new hands-on lesson about the farm for the “Farm to Kids” program.” Be sure to stop at the farm stand to pick up your farm fresh produce, eggs, and honey. The dates: April 18th, 25th, and May 2nd.

The Exit Zero Jazz Festival is coming up so stay tuned for updates!

The Montreal Beach Resort is celebrating their 50th season. Check the website for the special Grand Opening Weekend Package!
