We have stayed at the Montreal Beach Resort many times over the years and it is always the best. The owners and the staff have become friends who go the extra mile to accommodate and make a stay here something to which one looks forward. The central location is very convenient where you park on-site and can walk to several fine restaurants. The extra amenities that are provided (beach tags, towels, chairs, umbrella) go above and beyond the norm. The housekeeping staff is first class addressing ALL the details to making the stay perfect. We look forward to returning here every year.

We had an ocean view room, with a balcony above the pool. The rooms appeared to be recently updated, were clean upon arrival and could comfortably accommodate up to four people. The hotel has a “quiet time” rule after I believe 10PM, so even though the hotel appeared to be full, noise was not an issue. There is a restaurant/bar on the property as well as a small beer and wine store…

The facilities were great. Room was cleaned daily and beds made. We did not eat at the restaurant. The view was great. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. I had a gift certificate. I don’t know that I would have been able to afford the room had I not had the certificate.

What a great time we had this past weekend. The staff was amazing and so accommodating and the restaurant was delicious. The room was very clean and contained everything we could have wanted. We will definitely return!

This was our first stay in Cape May, though we have stayed many times in Wildwood Crest, just up the beach. The Montreal Beach Resort was in a good location, within easy walking distance of a number of diverse restaurants, with a great beach just across the street. The beach club allowed one to get towels and chairs with an umbrella for free while on the beach, which was nice. That was free if you booked with the hotel directly. One could walk to downtown Cape May from the hotel, or drive. The room was comfortable, with a balcony that had a great view of the beach. There was also an outlet in the parking lot for electric vehicles, which I would use next year. The restaurant associated with the hotel, Harry’s, was good quality typical beach fare, nothing fancy, we ate there for breakfast and one lunch and enjoyed it. Parking was adequate, staff was friendly and very helpful. I’d happily go back next year.
