There will be many performances form jazz musicians around Cape May.  Some of the venues include Carney’s Other Room, Cape May Convention Hall, the Cabanas Stage at Cape May Brewery, and much more.  There will be a lot of different performers at all of these excellent venues, so there will definitely be something to keep you busy throughout the festival.

Headlining on Saturday, November 12 is nine time Grammy Award and Pulitzer Prize winner, Wynton Marsalis. The internationally acclaimed musician, composer, bandleader, educator, and leading advocate of American culture, Marsalis returns to perform for the second year in a row at the Exit Zero Jazz Festival.

The Exit Zero Jazz Festival is a multi-venue festival with three full days of performances staged in the 1,177 seat Schmidtchen Theater, the 750 seat Cape May Convention Hall and in the clubs of Cape May. A wide array of jazz and other genres of music are presented throughout the weekend as music lovers stroll between the venues, most of which line the Cape May beachfront.

The Festival features Grammy Award-winners, living legends, NEA Jazz Masters, emerging jazz stars, international musicians and home-grown talent too. With first-rate performances from award winning, critically acclaimed artists, exciting new talent and local favorites, the Exit Zero Jazz Festival has quickly become known as a premier Festival on the East Coast, attractive to world class musicians, music aficionados, and new fans of the music.
